Description

This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the Government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Boley Center, Inc. 445 31st Street N, St Petersburg, Florida 33713, pursuant to FAR PART 6.302-1(a) (2), only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy the agency's requirements. Department of Veterans Affairs, Bay Pines Healthcare System intends to award a contract for Substance Use & PTSD Integrated Recovery Intensive Outpatient Program for the veteran population. This contract will be for one year, twelve (12) months. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by closing date, Friday, September 20, 2013, 2:00 PM EST by e-mail to Annette.Whitfield@va.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. All interest received on or before September 20, 2013 will be evaluated by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of the notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
