- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F1C2MX3246A001 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-69. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The NAICS code is 333992 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following commercial item are requested: CLIN 0001 - Miller Big Blue Pak Welder/Generator (Deluxe Model) OR EQUAL Quantity - One (1) Each Minimum Requirements: - Processes o DC Stick (SMAW) o AC Stick (SMAW) o DC TIG (GTAW) o AC TIG (GTAW) o Battery Charging / Jump-Starting - Output Range o DC Stick 45-750 A o AC Stick 35-575 A o MIG 14-40 V - Weld Output Rated at 104oF (40o C) o AC TIG 400 A at 26 V (10.4 kW), 100% Duty Cycle CLIN 0002 - Miller Electric Highway Trailer (Part# 043802) OR EQUAL Quantity - One (1) Each Minimum Requirements: - For off-road use - 2,650 pound capacity - Jack stand - 2 inch ball hitch CLIN 0003 - Miller Electric "Big Blue" Cover (Part# 194683) OR EQUAL Quantity - One (1) Each Minimum Requirements: - Canvas Cover - 28.500 wide X 64.400 lg X 43.000 **Quote must include price for freight to Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. ** **Quote is contingent upon availability of funds.** **Quote must be good for no less than 60 days.** **Quote must include every line item.
