- SOW for CIP This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is F6F9CE3210A003, Request for Quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541360 - Geophysical Surveying and Mapping Services ; size standard is $14M. This acquisition is reserved for Small Business concerns. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contact. Bradley ANGB requires Contractor support for Common Installation Picture (CIP) Maintenance. The contractor will provide technical services in order to maintain a current and accurate CIP program to include but not limited to: a. Data Collection b. Data Conversion c. Data Attribution d. Data Maintenance e. Other Mapping Support This requirement consists of furnishing all labor, expertise, equipment, materials, facilities, transportation, and appliances necessary to complete a current CIP program in accordance with but not limited to the statement of work. This requirement must comply with all the requirements set forth by the Department of Defense (DOD), Air Force (AF), federal, state, and local regulations. Quotes will be evaluated on a lowest price basis, and quotes should be sufficiently detailed in order to make that determination. Please see attached document for details of requirements. All quotes will be considered. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price, single award contract from this solicitation. To receive an award of contract the offeror must be registered in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) at https://wawf.eb.mil at time of quote submittal. DUNS, Cage Code, Tax ID, and Terms & Conditions shall be submitted with the quote. All firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database at (www.sam.gov ) in order to be considered for award. Offers shall be submitted NO LATER THAN 10:00 AM, 20 September 2013, to the Bradley Air National Guard Base Contracting Office, ATTN: Dawn Whelan,100 Nicholson Rd, East Granby, CT 06026.
