Description

FFATA Form Hourly Breakout Form MTC Vendor Self-Certification Form W-9 RFQ EMS Curriculum This is a subcontracting opportunity with Management & Training Corporation (MTC), operator of the Philadelphia Job Corps Life Science Institute. MTC is requesting bids for Emergency Medical Services Curriculum Oversight. Services to be provided are outlined in the scope of work. All bids must be returned electronically to sandra.clore@mtctrains.com by Friday, September 13, 2013 at 4:00pm (EST). MTC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any formality connected within the bids. MTC will be the sole judge of which bid is the best value and its determination and finding on such decision will be final.
