Description

Solicitation Addendum # AG-0325-S-13-0003 This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with with the format in Sub part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO website to ensure the have the most up to date information about this acquisition. The Solicitation number is AG-0325-S-13-0003 and is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. This Solicitation is being issued as a total 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS Code is 334513: the size standard is 500 employees. USDA/NRCS intends to acquire between 15 and 20 Hypalon Snow Pillows in accordance with the attached Solicitation Addendum.
