- The United States Department of Energy, Richland Operations Office requires office administrative support services to support the Government's management of the Hanford Site in Richland, Washington. This is a Small Business competitive 8(a) contract. The Small Business Administration (SBA) reference number is 1013/13/302599. This is an Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity Contract with Firm-Fixed-Price Task Orders.The United States Department of Energy, Richland Operations Office requires office administrative support services to support the Government's management of the Hanford Site in Richland, Washington. This is a Small Business competitive The award was made to the offeror whose proposal was determined to be the lowest price technically acceptable offer, considering the evaluation criteria in the RFP Section M. As stated in the RFP, all evaluation factors other than price, when combined, were significantly less important than price. Salmon Group, Inc., provided a technically acceptable proposal at the lowest price. The total combined price for each base and option year in Attachment I of the Salmon Group, Inc., proposal is $2,934,054.35. Not to exceed $5,000,000.00 for all orders placed under IDIQ.
