- 16GB 1333MHz Dual Ranked RDIMM Memory Cards This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation # M00263-11-T-1028 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The soliciation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-69 (3 September 2013) and DFARS Public Notice 20130808. This soliciation is a 100% small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) codes for this requirement are 334418 This acquisition is for the procurement of supplies to provide 132 16GB 1333MHz Dual Ranked RDIMM Memory Cards in support of Marine Corps Recruiting Command, Quantico, VA. The contract type will be a fixed-price contract pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.5. The specifications for this requirement are outlined in the solicitation. The applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses that apply to this acquisition can be found at the end of the SF 1449.
