- Redacted approved J&A Special Notice HS0021-13-Q-0104 is hereby replaced by HS0021-13-Q-0107. The response date and time remain September 12, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. ET. The Defense Security Service (DSS), intends to issue a sole source award to 90Meter, Inc. for one smart card issuance systerm (SIS), whcih consists of card issuance workstation (CIW) software that supports bulk formatting and enrollment of Secret Internet Protocol (SIPR) Network tokens (CIW-B) and its respective maintenance. The period of performance consists of a 12 month base year and two (2) one-year options. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. Challenges must be sent to Willi.Greene@dss.mil and must include information sufficient to enable the Government the ability to make a determination that an equivalent product or service exsists whcih would meet the Government's needs as stated herein. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government.
