- The purpose of this amendement is to extend the soliciatation date until 09/30/2013 due to adjusted changes to the scheduling of testing and inspections of the elevators. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation date for all bids until 09/30/2013, due to changes in the scheduling and the number of tests. These changes will be reflected in an updated SF1449 (Bid Sheet) within the next five days. Any questions and comments regarding the solicitation must be submitted electronically, and all bids must be submitted electronically and a hard copy form.
