Description

Other Than Full and Open Competition J&A The RCO NCR-NE intends to award a sole source contract to Microsoft Corporation, Redmond WA 98052-8300 to provide Microsoft Premier Support Services for a period of 12 months. The services are required to assist Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) and Marine Corps Intelligence fixed sites that support contingency operations and national missions by providing the Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Enterprise designated technical professionals with Microsoft technical expertise, problem resolution, software support and specific training for Microsoft specific software and services. The Statutory Authority for use of Other Than Full and Open Competition is 10 U.S.C. Section 2304 (1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible "Source and No Other Supplies or Service will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice is for informaitonal purposes only and is not intended as a requrest for proposals. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offerors received in response to this nnotice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
