- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks Expressions of Interest: State: New Mexico City: Silver City Delineated Area: Northern Boundary: North of Silver Heights Rd Eastern Boundary : : Sheriff Posse Rd Southern Boundary: 180 W estern Boundary: 32 nd Street Bypass Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 30,581 Space Type: 26,592 general office 3,622 warehouse Parking Spaces (Total in rent): 60 Surface Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Parking Spaces (Unreserved): Same as above (60) Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: A loading area with double doors or an overhead door must be available in the building in which the space is offered for the handling of pallet sized loads. The loading area is not required to be above-grade. 1 Tower 2 dishes Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
