- he New Mexico National Guard has a requirement for the purchase of an Interactive Financial Dashboard. This acquisition is reserved totally for Small Business concerns. The solicitation will be available immediately on the Army Single Face Industry. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must be registered in the SAM database, in accordance with 52.204-7. Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for award. The web site for SAM is www.sam.gov. All offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation information from this website and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the solicitation. Please review the entire solicitation prior to providing a quote. Wide Area Work will be mandated for invoicing on this requirement.
