- Amendment 3 - Extension This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items (supply) prepared in accordance with the format at FAR Subpart 12.6., as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and is being conducted pursuant to FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is EE-133F-13-RQ-0733. This synopsis/solicitation constitutes a RFQ and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular No. 2005-68 dated June 26, 2013. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This RFQ is full and open competition and is 100% set aside for small business and will be awarded as a firm fixed price. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210, which has a corresponding business size standard of $14 million in average annual receipts. This order is subject to the Services Contract Act 1965 and the Dept. of Labor Wage Determinations is attached. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries, Northeast Fisheries Science Center's has a requirement for the purchase and installation of a C Cure 8000 Integrated Security System. The Request for Quote is attached. This purchase order will be awarded as firm fixed price. Bids will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
