- Solicitation #F3T3MF3164A001 (Amendment 01) F3T3MF3164A001 (Amendment 01) - SOW *** The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Change all references to the previously requested part number of SL30/E-NOHDRL; or equal to the currently requested part number of SL23/E-NOHDRL, or equal. According to more recent measurements, the 23" model side loader is needed for the current application. All other terms and conditions remain in full effect. Please acknowledge this amendment when submitting a quote in response to this solicitation. *** The 4th Contracting Squadron, USAF, Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, NC is currently soliciting quotes for the following item(s)/service(s): CLIN 0001 -Supply One (1) Hobart CLPS86e (Commercial Dishwashing Unit), or equivalent, with the following options/accessories: CLPS86e-ELE0CD 480/60/3, CLPS86e-DIR0RL, CLPS86e-HGTSTD, CLPS86e-FETSTD, CLPS86e-ERH0NO, CLPS86e-HTE15K, CLPS86e-CTROTH, CLE/TBL-SWITCH, SL23/E-NOHDRL. For more information on specific requirements/equipment specifications, please see attached Statement of Work (SOW). Quantity: (01) Unit: (Each). CLIN 0002 - Installation to include: Disconnect/Removal of existing unit; Unpack, Fully Assemble, and Install new unit; Start up and Test.
