- RFP Document: SECHQ1-13-R-0029 (Financial Securities Data Feed) The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is issuing this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for an external Data feed for global financial securities data. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12.6 (Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items) procedures and in conjunction with FAR Part 13.5 (Test Program for Certain Commercial items). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The SEC does not have a preferred vendor. All entities that meet the requirements of this solicitation may submit an offer. The attached Request for Proposals (RFP) document provides specifications, contract terms, RFP instructions and evaluation factors. Note: All Offerors that respond to the RFP must have active registration in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) and also have completed Representations and Certifications online in SAM. Page 11 of the RFP provides instructions for responding to this procurement.
