- NOTICE OF INTENT to make SOLE SOURCE AWARD to Precision Laser Specialist, Inc. The Air Force, Joint Base Andrews, MD intends to award a purchase order on a SOLE SOURCE basis to Precision Laser Specialist, Inc., 712 Telser Rd, Lake Zurich, IL 60047; utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for the purchase of Precision Laser Maintenance. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. If you are capable of fulfilling this requirement, submit a capabilities statement and past performance information i.e. previous contract and government POCs referencing F1D4523221A001, to Stephen Roane, Contracting Officer stephen.roane@afncr.af.mil. If documents are sent via email, the contractor will be responsible for validating government receipt by calling the Contracting Officer at (240) 612-5640. Documents submitted shall not be returned. No solicitation document is available and telephone request for information will not be honored.
