Description: Solicitation HSHQDC-13-R-00005 for basic handheld radioisotope identification devices is hereby cancelled. The devices as proposed failed to meet the minimum requirements and capabilities necessary for award as set forth in the Solicitation. The Government intends to review the requirements and capabilities, and to issue a new solicitation in December. Furthermore, DNDO will be hosting an Industry and/or a pre-proposal conference after the new Solicitation is released, to thoroughly explain its requirements.
