- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. Government Expressions of Interest Sought General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: MO City: JEFFERSON CITY Delineated Area: North: West Edgewood Dr South: Missouri Blvd East: Sowth Country Club Dr West: Missouri River Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2500.0 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2625.0 Space Type: Office 2,500-2,625 ABOA Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Parking Spaces (Surface): 5 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 Full Term: 120m Firm Term: 60m Soft Term: 60m Option 1 Term: N/A Option 2 Term: N/A Additional Requirements: [Enter any Additional Requirement] Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is not required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies Office (2,500 USF ABOA) and related space in a building under lease in JEFFERSON CITY, MO. The current lease will be expiring 12/20/2014. The Government is considering relocating to alternative space, if such a move is determined to be economically advantageous to the Government. In making this determination the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that can potentially satisfy the Government's requirements and the costs likely to be incurred through relocating; physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime.
