Description

CABLE SPECS/QUOTE INSTRUCTIONS The U.S. Census Bureau has a requirement for computer power cables called Whips, to connect the Data Center equipment. The need for computer whips varies over time, based on the project requirements and the computer equipment that must be connected. The Contractor shall provide cables on an as needed basis for a period of one year. Interested parties please see attached requirements and quotation instructions, and submit quotations via email to lisa.r.safewright@census.gov, by noon Tuesday, September 17, 2013. All questions shall also be sent to me email address. Please label quotation submission and any questions with RFQ# 13-01263. A time and materials type order will be awarded with fixed price cable pricing. A Government Purchase Order will be awarded with a ceiling price NTE $50,000.00. Cables will be delivered to: U.S. Census Bureau Bowie Computer Center 17101 Melford Blvd. Bowie, MD 20715
