- Description
- SSJ for Streambox Encoder DHS FEMA MERS will purchase to replace an outdated Streambox Encoder model E5100 with a new model E5300. The Streambox model E5300 replaces a limited supported E5100 unit that is about 7 years old. The Streambox is a mission critical piece of equipment that provides situational awareness and is used during disasters and other events of that captures and distributes live video feeds via a wireless and is standard across the MERS Detachments. The items to be purchased are part of the System that operates on a proprietary software and hardware. These items cannot be interchanged with any other vendor.
