- Quotation Questionnaire Clauses Scope of Work DOL Wage Determinations SF1449/Solicitation CAVE 16570 Solicitation P13PS02143 September 11, 2013 Subject: Request for Quotation # P13PS02143 for Cave-Exotics Control and Waterline Revegetation, Carlsbad Caverns National Park, Eddy County, New Mexico, CAVE-16570 Carlsbad Caverns National Park has a requirement for installation of Government-furnished plant materials at. Please see the attached Scope of Work. The Government requests a price quotation for this requirement. This solicitation and evaluation of quotations will be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) parts 12, 13 and 15—Commercial Items, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and Contracting by Negotiation. The quotation must conform to the requirements shown in Clause 52.212-2 Evaluation—Commercial Items. Please note submission information on page 10 and evaluation factors on page 12 since this information is critical for evaluation of your proposal. Quotations will be evaluated by considering the factors shown in Clause 52.212-2. The Government anticipates awarding a contract for this requirement by September 20, with performance to begin by September 23, 2013 or as soon as feasible.
