Description

This serves as a notice of intent to procure, a sole source item, TR-375 7 Cell F111 Reserve Canopy from Complete Parachute Solutions Inc of Deland, FL. The 106th Rescue Wing intends to conduct this sole-item/sole source procurement under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 and no other items or sources will be considered. A public solicitation will not be available as this publication will represent the only official notice. This notice satisfies the requirements of FAR Part 5.
