- Description
- Solicitaion The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary, except as otherwise provided, to successfully complete road maintenance on National Forest roads within the Kisatchie National Forest, in accordance with the performance work statement (PWS), exhibits, and industry standards. This is a Request for Proposals which will result in a firm-fixed price, performance-based, requirements contract for a basic period of performance from date of award through December 31, 2013, plus three (3), one-year option periods. Submission of an offer for the basic contract period constitutes an offer to perform in the Option Period(s), if exercised. This project is set-aside 100% for small businesses. Award will be made based on the best value to the government and can be made on initial offers. Multiple awards will be made as a result of the solicitation. The government anticipates making award to one offeror per District/Area. The solicitation and related documents will be available for download at https://www.fbo.gov/ on or about September 11, 2013. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed out. Interested vendors should register to receive notifications through this site.
