- NNSA Corporate Training in accordance with the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Attachment titled "NNSA Corporate Training - Qualifications Analysis and Adjudication and Applying Veterans Preference for NNSA Human Resource Employees" The purpose of Amendment #000002 is to cancel the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation No. DE-SOL-0006185 in its entirety. The Contracting Officer, based on newly obtained Government information has been made aware of an internal contractual vehicle that is in place which properly and adequately cover the services under this solicitation in its entirety. The Contracting Officer was not aware of this vehicle at time of request/issuance of this solicitation. It is not the practice of the Government to award actions that are considered duplicate efforts to existing vehicles for the same services. It is therefore considered to be in the best interest of the Government as well as the most efficient use of the public?s time and money. Therefore, the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation No. DE-SOL-0006185 and its one attachment are hereby cancelled and no further notices will be issued under this solicitation. Should you have any questions in regards to this amendment please submit them to the Contracting Officer via email. Thank You for your time and interest in this effort.
