Description
1RI2012 U.S. GOVERNMENT GSA Public Buildings Service General Services Administration (GSA) seeks Expressions of Interest for the following leased space: State: Rhode Island City: Providence Delineated Area: West - I- 95 South - I-195 East - Rt 1A (south Main Street continuing along north main street) North - Smith Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,600 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 19 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 19 preferred Parking Spaces (Reserved): 19 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully-serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Structured Parking is preferred but not required.
