- Statement of Work with Specifications Site Visit REPLACE EXISTING AISLE SAVER MOBILE PALLET RACK SYSTEM AT BUILDING - Dismantle, Remove and Scrap Existing Carriages and Pallet Rack. - Provide and Install (2) Stationary Rows, 796" Long x 120" Deep x 216" High. - Provide and Install (4) Electric Carriages, 796" Long x 120" Deep x 216" High. - All Rows and Carriages to be comprised of (12) Sections of Pallet Rack with 3 Beam Levels (5,040 Lbs. Capacity Per Pair), Wire Deck (with Supports) Row Spacers and Cross Beams to allow ease offull120" depth. - Saw Cut Existing Concrete Slab to accept new rails offset from presently installed rail per attached floor plan #SS USA 20681-40960X. - Recess rail in saw cut trough, level and secure per manufacturer's instruction. Back fill trough with epoxy to result in flush finish with existing slab. - Provide Infrared Floor Level Safety Sensors. - Include Emergency Stop Button on each movable carriage. - Include Strobe Light and Buzzer on each carriage. - 16,000 Lb. Capacity - Install Pallet Rack onto carriages per manufacturer's instruction. - Provide (1) Full Day of Operator Training. - Include (1) Year Preventive Maintenance and Manufacturer's Warranty. - All contents to be off-loaded and completely removed from area by Customer PRIOR to commencement of work. - All contents to be reloaded by Customer.
