Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Lebanon Medical Center has a requirement for installation of a Closed Loop Water Reclamation and Filtering System for the swimming pool. The work for this project involves the contractor providing all the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and quality assurance necessary for the installation of closed loop water reclamation and filtering system for the Swimming Pool located in Building 24. The Reclamation Tank and Filtering System shall utilize all existing systems, piping, and drains to the extent possible. Install a new plate and frame heat exchanger to replace the existing water pool heating system. This requirement is 100% Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS Code is 237110 with a Small Business size of 500 employees. The Magnitude of the project is between bbetween $100,000 and $250,000. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to register to receive notification of actions including posting of the solicitation and any amendments. However, offerors are advised to check the site frequently as they are responsible for obtaining all documents to include amendments. Time will be one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days. Ninety day bid acceptance period will be required. Bid bond, Performance bonds will be required. A pre-proposal conference will be announced in the solicitation and will be held at the Lebanon VA Medical Center. This pre-proposal conference is not mandatory; however, all potential Offerors are strongly encouraged to attend. This will be the only site visit held. There will be no response to any other request for site visits. Electronic or phone requests will not be accepted, nor will electronic proposals. All correspondence in reference to the solicitation contents or general questions must be addressed in writing on company letterhead, containing a point of contact, the SOL number, email address, phone and fax numbers and must be addressed to the contracting officer listed. All potential contractors must be registered in Systems for Award Management (SAM) www.sam to do business with the Government and must have completed online Representations and Certifications. Ensure your registration is correct, current and has not expired. All prospective contractors must be registered in VetBiz at www.vetbiz.gov, to be considered for award.
