- Title: HM157513T0034 HiPER STARE Pixia Factory Licenses This constitutes the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's (NGA) intent to modify, on a sole source basis, an existing IDIQ Requirements contract and to issue a subsequent order to add Pixia Corporation Brand Hiper Stare Factory subscription licenses. The estimated period of performance is 20 September 2013 - 14 December 2013 with three option years. The resultant modification and order will be awarded in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c). The statutory authority for this sole source acquisition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) 1 as implemented in FAR 6.302-1(c). The required products are only available from Pixia. Pixia's HiPER STARE subscription term licenses are the only products capable of processing petabytes of geospatial data from numerous wide area motion imagery sensors, as well as other types of sensors, on an extremely fast timeline. These products also allow users to quickly scale enormous volumes of wide area surveillance data despite the number of users accessing the data. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511210. The reference number for this Request for Quote (RFQ) is HM157513T0034. This notice is not a request for quotations or solicitation of offers; there is no solicitation available. This requirement is for Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) which must meet the accessibility standards established by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. 7941). The specific Technical Standard that applies is Technical Standard: 1194.22 - Web Based Intranet and Internet Information and Applications; Functional Performance Criteria 1194.31 also applies. In responding to the RFQ, vendors must state if the products offered meet the identified Technical Standards.
