Description

FILL IN DFAR CLAUSE AND RETURN FILL-IN DFAR CLAUSE AND RETURN This is notice that Naval Special Warfare Command, JEB Little Creek, Virginia Beach, VA 23459 intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to Battelle Memorial Institute, 505 King Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43201 for the following equipment. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement or submitting quotes by Sept. 25, 2013 09:00am eastern time by e-mail to trisha.cresswell@navsoc.socom.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
