This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1C0RH3221A001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69. This acquisition is reserved exclusively for small business participation, IAW FAR 19.502-2. The applicable NAICS code is 333924 and the small business size standard for this NAICS code is 750 employees. CLIN 0001 Forklift 1 Each The 36th Security Forces Squadron at Andersen AFB, Guam requires one (1) forklift: o Four-direction forklift truck o 5000 kg capacity @ 600 mm load center o 4040 mm lift height duplex mast (no freelift) o 1350 mm frame o 150 x 50 x 1350 mm forks o 3 degree forward tilt o 5 degree backward tilt o 3 wheel hydrostatic drive in all directions o Diesel-engine o Rubber mounted partly enclosed cabin o Hydraulic oil cooler o 15% climbing grade o 14 Km/H ground speed o Back-up alarm o KAB 116 deep suspension seat complete with retractable seat belt o Super elastic tires on all three wheels o Flashing beacon o Operator's instruction manuals Shipping Destination: 554 RHS Attn: SSgt Miranda Unit 14014 Bldg 61203 Andersen AFB Guam 96929 Shipping to Andersen AFB must be included in item cost.
