Description

The contractor shall field, install, test, support and sustain an Anesthesia Record Keeping - Clinical Information System (ARK-CIS) that comprises an end-to-end, turnkey solution throughout the major campuses of Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 1) (New England). The contractor shall furnish hardware and software with warranty, Bill of Material ( BOM), perpetual license conforming to the requirements of a robust, scalable integrated solution and fulfilling the Department's commitment to the Veteran Owned Small Business community with meaningful subcontracting opportunities; the Department accepts the offferor's balanced performance-based payments as to the base term and the option hardware described as follows. Synopsis of obligation and award: CLINs 001 through 031-2 (all) (base): $1,082,200.80; CLINs 032-036 (all) (Hardware option exercised concurrent with basic award): $863,789.90; Total Obligated (this action) $1,945,990.70; Four (4) Option Years - for support and sustainment (all campuses of VISN 1) Year 1 - CLINs 033-1 - 033-6 - $256,056; Year 2 - CLINs 033-7- 033-12- $256,056; Year 3 - CLINs 033-13 - 033-18- $256,056; Year 4 - CLINs 033-19 - 033-24 - $256,056; Total Option years support, maintenance: $1,024,225.
