- Attachment B - Offer Schedule Attachment A - Experience and Past Performance Project Data Sheet SF 18 RFQ Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (IAW FAR 12.603) Solicitation Number: N62473-13-Q-4625 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial product prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This is a request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number N62473-13-Q-4625. This acquisition is 100 percent set aside for small businesses. The associated North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541690 - Other Scientific and Technical, with a size standard of $14.0 million. The Department of the Navy has a requirement for the preparation and delivery of a Geophysics Report for the Chocolate Mountain Aerial Gunnery Range at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma, AZ (referred to as the Glamis Prospect) and a Gravity Survey Report at Superstition Hills on Naval Air Facility (NAF) El Centro, CA. The Contractor shall analyze and invert data sets collected from the Glamis Prospect at MCAS Yuma and submit a report. The Contractor shall also collect ground gravity data within the Superstition Hills on NAF El Centro, CA and submit a report. The Contractor shall create a survey based on points provided by GPO, collect the data, invert and merge the data sets with existing regional gravity. The purpose of this task is to help the Navy Geothermal Program Office (GPO) better understand the regional geologic setting of the Superstition Hills and, when compared with other geologic and geophysical data sets, will lead to a better understanding of a possible geothermal resource. The proposed period of performance shall not exceed six months from date of award. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract to the responsible offeror whose total offer conforms to the solicitation and will be the most advantageous to the government, price and factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate the offers - 1) Experience and 2) Technical Solution. Interested sources are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Synopsis by completing Attachment A - Experience and Past Performance Project Data Sheet and Attachment B - Offer Schedule. Responses to this Sources Sought Synopsis are due no later than Monday, 23 September 2013, 10:00 a.m., Pacific Daylight Time.
