The Network Contracting Office (NCO21) is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Announcement as a total small business set-aside to provide services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement shown below for Menlo Park Campus of Veteran Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System. Please review the Performance Work Statement provided as an attachment to this posting. The NAICS code is 541690 with Small Business size of $14 million. The solicitation document, VA261-13-R-1449, will be posted on/about September 13, 2013. Eligible and interested vendors should download a copy of the solicitation and attachments from the FBO website (www.fbo.gov ) to submit bid proposals.
