This annual load bank test will be scheduled during such a time to simulate a total "power outage" event at Building 570 while causing the least amount of impact to the command's mission. This event may be scheduled during normal working hours and/or after normal working hours. The intent of this test to ascertain said generator's ability - and that of the entire back up power system, to operate during an unforeseen power outage event. No prepping of the generator is allowed before initiation of the test. 4.0 Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) Service and Testing. This event may be scheduled during normal working hours and/or after normal working hours.
