- Sole-source letter NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 673d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK intends to award a sole source purchase order to Monaco Enterprises Inc. for the following items: •· Monaco Automatic Vehicle Locator System, 13ea •· AVL Commissioning, 13 ea This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Full and Open Competition as authorized IAW 41 U.S.C. 253(c) and 10 U.S.C 2304(c) FAR 6.302.1. The anticipated award date is 20 September 2013. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing, complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is 17 September 2013 at 12:00pm Alaska Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this Synopsis is 12 October 2013 at 12:00pm Alaska Standard Time.
