- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a master scheduler to schedule the known and emerging overhaul and repair activities for the Dredges Essayons and Yaquinna. All work shall be performed in accordance to the performance work statement contained in the solicitation. The offeror shall prepare and update Two (2) schedules, One (1) schedule for each dredge, using the PREMAVERA software package. The government intends on awarding without discussions to the offeror who has technically acceptable and has the lowest price. The awarded contract shall be for a Base Year and One (1) Option Year. The Option Year shall be exercised at the discretion of the government. The solicitation can be downloaded by clicking on the Additional Information link in blue font below. This acquisition is a total small business set aside.
