Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers from experienced qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns to The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, material and transportation (F.O.B. Destination with consignee premises) necessary to install prefabricated concrete graveliners at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85024-7500. Each Offeror must have a regularly established firm in the business called for, who are financially responsible, and able to show evidence of their reliability, ability, experience and personnel directly employed by them to render prompt and satisfactory service. The Period of performance is date of contract award through September 30, 2014 with three (3) 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2017, if exercised. This is acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. All qualified and eligible SDBVOSB concerns must be registered and have an active account in www.vetbiz.gov, and www.sam.gov. Failure to have active accounts in both databases may render your offer non-responsive and exclude your firm from consideration of possible contract award. The NAICS Code is 327390. Size standard, is 500 employees. No telephone requests will be accepted. No electronic proposals will be accepted. Any questions should be sent via email and addressed to Erma Keown, Contract Specialist in writing at erma.keown@va.gov. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about September 13, 2013. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., September 24, 2013. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments..
