Description
Question #6 - In order to provide a Fixed Price the contractor must know exactly how many iterations of the class will be delivered each year. Please provide a clear definition of the number of training iterations. Response #6 - Our goal is to host three 7-8 hour training events during the base year; one event can be considered 7 in-classroom hours in one day or 3-4 in-classroom hours over the span of 2 days. Question #7 - Please also provide more specific guidance for bidding purposes (so that apples to apples comparison can be achieved) as to the number of students in each class. This is needed for pricing purposes, so that we may be more accurate in our reproduction costs. Response #7 - The vendor should plan for 20 employees in each session. The vendor should have a cancellation policy in place; a session will not be held for any less than 7 employees. Quesiton #8 - Please provide guidance on changes you would expect in the training curriculum from training iteration to training iteration. We can work pricing with a percentage if that helps the government. Response #8 - During the base year, minor changes may be necessary after the first training event to adjust based on employee feedback received on course evaluations. During the option year, the trainer will facilitate sessions, whether they be additional training classes or refresher sessions. We do not anticipate material to be created during the option year, however, a few modifications may be required to the original training material to condense for a refresher training event; there will be no significant creation of additional training content required.
