Description

INVITATION FOR BIDS TO LEASE GOVERNMENT LAND FOR GRAZING PURPOSES LOCATION OF PROPERTY U.S. Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, Maryland Webster Field Annex, St. Inigoes, Maryland DEPARTMENT OR AGENCY Department of the Navy By: Commander, NAVFAC Washington Naval Facilities Engineering Command Washington, DC 20374-5018 Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM, EDT, October 3, 2013, at the Office of the Commander, Naval Facilities Engineering Command Washington, in the Real Estate Division, Code AM1, Washington Navy Yard, Washington, District of Columbia, and then publicly opened. Acceptable methods of submission include registered mail, certified mail, courier service, hand delivery, and email at christine.calhoon@navy.mil. The Government has two locations being offered: Location 1: Approximately 132 acres of land at Webster Field in St. Inigoes, Maryland as shown on Exhibit A. Location 2: Approximately 410 acres of land at Naval Air Station Patuxent River as shown on Exhibit B.
