Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, and is being conducted under FAR Subpart 13.5 Test Program; simplified acquisition procedures apply. VA will conduct the procurement according to a combination of FAR Par 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued.. (ii) The solicitation number is VA256-13-Q-2071 and is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ) (iii) The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69, August 1, 2013. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. (vi) the ARCADIS Avantic mobile c-arm system of compact, lightweight design is equipped with a state-of-the-art digital online syngo 1k imaging system (1024 x 1024) and a continuous 1k' imaging chain. A 33 cm image intensifier with 3 zoom formats and a 25 kW high-voltage generator ensure an optimal fluoroscopic result In pulsed fluoroscopy, an acquisition speed of up to 8 f/s is achieved; digital radiography is possible as single images with up to 25 kW. EASY (Enhanced Acquisition System) automatically controls dose, contrast and brightness. In addition, the agronomical, functional design of operating elements and software user interfaces support an optimized workflow in the OR A hard disk with a storage capacity of up to 60,000 images, a USS interface and a DVD-RI CD-ROM read/write drive incl. DICOM 3.0 offline media format enable flexible data management DICOM 3.0 services can be used via the integrated DICOM 3.0 interface. The monitor trolley can optionally be equipped with the Flex monitor column (with 210 ° vertically rotatable monitors) or the Flex Plus column (monitor column with motorized height adjustment, with 180 ° vertically rotatable monitors and TFT displays that fold in towards each other for easier maneuverability during transport and protection of the displays when they are not used).
