Description

The purpose of this modification to the Presolicitation Notice is to provide the following additional information: The Presolicitation Notice is not a solicitation or request for offers. All responsible interested and capable sources may submit a capability statement to allen.smith3@va.gov. A determination not to compete the requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide service/ maintenance, upgrades to include Topcon software, and extended warranty service for the Topcon TRC-NW6 and TRC-NW8 Non-Mydriatic Retinal Imaging Systems in accordance with all manufacturers' specifications. Responses must be received no later than 3:00 pm on September 12, 2013. Again, all responses must be e-mailed to allen.smith3@va.gov.
