- AMENDMENT 0001 DATED 9/12/13 1. The purpose of this amendment is to correct the ship to address from San Diego, Ca to Pearl Harbor, HI. 2. The closing date and time for this solicitation is hereby extended to 1600 PST, 9/13/13. =========================================================== This is an SSC Pacific combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
