- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Gordon, GA currently has a requirement for the following service: The contractor shall serve as the Catholic Youth Minister for the Fort Gordon Catholic population providing community wide youth Religious and ministry needs that Fort Gordon Unit Ministry Teams (UMT) and volunteers cannot provide. The Catholic Middle and High School Youth Coordinator shall articulate and develop promotional campaigns. Other activities include maintaining records of supplies, materials and attendance (to include youth and volunteers) for the major scope of work shall focus on programming. Developing and implementing activities for Fort Gordon's Catholic Youth of the Chapel (CYOC) will also be part of the installation religious support program. The Contractor shall also have oversight for post-wide youth ministry events that includes activities of the middle school youth along with the senior high school youth in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The NAICS Code is 611699. Period of performance will be: Base Year: 1 October 2013 - 30 September 2014 Option Year 1: 1 October 2014 - 30 September 2015 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 14.201, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; W91249-13-T-0024 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The closing date and time of this solicitation is 20 September 2013, 04:00 P.M. EST. This acquisition is restricted under NAICS code 611699. This requirement is a set-aside for Small Businesses and only qualified offerors who are registered as Small Businesses under the applicable NAICS code may submit bids. The requirements in this solicitation as outlined in the attached document, W91249-13-T-0024 and W91249-13-T-0024-0001. FAR provision 52.212-1 [Instructions to Offerors Commercial] applies to this acquisition to include the following addenda: All offerors are cautioned that if selected for award, they must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) program. The CCR can be accessed via the internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Confirmation of CCR registration will be validated prior to award. Vendors shall include a completed FAR provision 52.212-3 Alt 1 (included in solicitation) with their offer if not registered in Online Representation & Certifications Applications (ORCA). ORCA can also be accessed via the internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Price quotes shall be submitted electronically to brenda.r.watson2.mil@mail.mil on the attached solicitation and must be signed by a responsible company official. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued and telephone requests or FAX requests for this solicitation will not be accepted.
