- Description
- This solicitation will contain 1 NSN (3110-00-460-5244) for a BEARING, ROLLER, AIRFRAME. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite delivery purchase order under commercial procedures. This item is manufactured to QPL-AS8914 SAE-AS8914 This is being procured as full and open competition. Unrestricted procurement. The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Source. The required delivery for is 113 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO). The IDPO will be effective for a base period of three years with the option to extend the term of the contract for an option period of two years. The estimated annual quantity is 296 each. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 200 each (base period only). The minimum delivery order is 200 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 296 each. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The issue date is 12 SEPT13 (closing date of 18 SEPT 13), anticipated award date is SEPTEMBER 30, 2013. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
