- Purchase Request 0050503804. NSN 1560-00-150-2710. Door, Access, Aircraft. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract. This requirement is for a quantity of 29 each. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. This is 100% Small Business Set Aside. Full and Open Competition applies. Configuration Control and Export Control applies. Contractor First Article Testing and Government Fit Test applies. The requested delivery is 530 DARO (220 DARO for delivery of FAT and fit items, 30 days FAT evaluation, 60 days Fit evaluation, 220 days delivery of production units). Solicitation Issue Date: September 26, 2013 Solicitation Close Date: October 28, 2013 A copy of this solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at https://dla.procurexinc.com/_theme/dla/Pages/default.aspx to learn more about how to participate in an auction.
