Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. VA786-13-R-0324 for the following service: The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, supplies, support, labor, travel, supervision and all other required services and fees to provide preventive maintenance service, water sampling and testing on government owned water treatment plant located at Port Hudson National Cemetery, 20978 Port Hickey Road, Zachary, LA 70791. The Government will award this solicitation as a Firm Fixed Price Service Contract in accordance with the criteria contained in 52.212-2. The Contractor shall be responsible for all work at the cemetery to include: 1)Water Plant Treatment Operation, Maintenance and Documentation 2)Bacteriological Testing Evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following order: 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical Qualifications, and 3) Price. This Acquisition is 100% Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 221310. Size standard is $7 Million. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from Federal Business Opportunities http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around September 13, 2013. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., September 27, 2013. Offeror's are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at FedBizOpps.
