- MILSPEC Parts This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6. This announcement is the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N64267-13-T-0124 and is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This acquisition is a firm-fixed price and solicited as 100% set-aside for small business. This is an all-or-none requirement. Partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The Government will award on a single purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed in section M of the solicitation. Quotes must identify all part numbers/specifications in order for the government to determine each contractor is capable of meeting our exact requirement. Offerors must be registered in SAM. The associated North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334419 with an associated small business size standard, 500 employees. Quotes are due no later than Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at 2:00PM Pacific Standard Time. Responses/offers shall be submitted electronically, PDF or MS Word Format to Marlena.warren@navy.mil. Quotes must be valid for thirty (30) days after due date. Any amendment(s) issued to this RFQ will be published on this website. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to visit this website frequently for updated on this procurement.
