Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 2, 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, New York 13210-2716 intends to issue a delivery order against existing LC/FEDLINK Basic Ordering Agreement #LC10D7021 with Elsevier BV to provide a real time, web based, subscription software solution which provides in-depth, referenced data on dosing, pharmacokinetics, drug interactions, therapeutic efficacy, disease state management, toxicology, product identification and basically all facets of drug related information required for the safe and effective delivery of health care. Subscription software solution shall have Clinical Pharmacology medical reference with Calculators and CP Mobile with IV compatibility Pro, Calculators, CP Mobile, Toxed, and Krames Disease Patient Ed for all sites in VISN 2. Services will be continued through September 30, 2014. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. No telephone calls will be accepted. Written responses should include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability. Written responses are due by September 20, 2013 at 2:00 PM EST and should be emailed to richard.williams18@va.gov. No award will be based on any offer or proposal received in response to this notice.
