- Scope of Work for Visual Alerting System This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a non-commercial item prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 13. The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona has a requirement for Visual Alerting Systems, 5 Color LED Tower light with pole mount and 90 degree bracket and Spare 90 degree brackets. This announcement is the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N64267-13-T-0127 and is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This acquisition is firm-fixed price and solicited as 100% small business. The Government will award on a single purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirement stated in this synopsis and is the most advantageous to the government based on technical acceptability. Specifications are listed in the attached Scope of Work. The offeror must be registered in SAM. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 335122 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Each submittal shall also include the following business information: a. DUNS number b. Organization Name c. Organization Address d. Point of Contact (including name, title, addresses, telephone number, fax number and Email address) e. Business size f. Socio-economic status ( IF SDVOSB or VOSB - provide SDVOSB or VOSB CVE verification) Any quotes that do not meet the small business requirement will not be considered. Quotes submitted MUST meet all items outlined in the scope of work. Quotes must list out each part number/specification called out in the Scope of Work in order for the Government to determine the quote is technically acceptable and meets our stated requirements/specification. Quotes are due no later than 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST), Thursday, September 19, 2013. Responses/offers shall be submitted electronically to Marlena.warren@navy.mil. Quotes must be valid for sixty (60) days after due date. Any amendment(s) issued to this RFQ will be published on this website. Therefore, it is the offeror's responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement.
