- The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. VA-786-13-R-0403 for the following service: The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, professional expertise, equipment, tools, materials, services, and quality control necessary to ensure that non-personal custodial services are performed at the Cemetery, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The Contractor shall accomplish all cleaning tasks in order to meet the requirements of this SOW and the Service Summary (SS). Maximum cleaning frequencies are established in Attachment 2 in the solicitation at Ft Bliss National Cemetery, El Paso, TX. The term of the contract consists of one year base period with four optional years if exercised. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, specifications, schedules and drawings. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements, conditions, terms and representations contained in this solicitation, any pertinent OSHA Occupational and Safety regulations, and any State and/or local regulations, laws and codes. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB). The NAICS Code is 561720. Size standard is $7Million. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.fbo.gov on or about September 14, 2013. Responses to the solicitation are due at 4:00 PM ET. on September 20, 2013. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at www.fbo.gov. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining any amendments. Prices offered must be valid through November 1, 2013. Information shall be submitted in the manner requested in FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS. Failure to submit all documentation required as required so may result in your submission being determined non-responsive and removed from further consideration.
